The new-brand Ethno Restaurant is located in the former capital city of Bulgaria – Veliko Tarnovo. You can experiment traditional Arab, Mexican, Italian meals. This is the only place where you can enjoy Syrian-style fish, roasted with sesame seed; osso bucco (veal knuckle); the traditional furnace-baked Arab bread; the Serbian quince and pear rakia.. At your disposal at the Ethno Restaurant are two halls with 180 seats. Among the services the Ethno Restaurant offers are catering, takeaways, home deliveries, organization of parties and all kinds of celebrations. There is also a children's nook where your child can be amused by an animator.

Hands down the most popular place in town for both locals and foreigners, the 'Lucky Man' (as the impossible-to-pronounce name means in Bulgarian) has a great menu of inventive meat dishes, baked-pot specials, nourishing pizzas and (at lunchtime) delicious soups. It's good value, considering the high quality. The service is generally good, though sometimes comically formal.
